Marrium Khan (Founder/ Team Lead) 

I am a budding Human Resource Professional, Soft Skill Trainer and a Researcher an enthusiastic, communicative individual with the passion for sharing the knowledge. A hard working individual who feels myself as my best competitor. I take challenges, accept them and try to full fill them as challenges are helpful in discovering the hidden traits in you. 

I am graduated from UET with the CGPA of 3.64, I have worked as an Assistant Human Resource Manager in the security company named Men of Steel Security (Pvt) Ltd for about 4-Years a  well organized organization that has helped me in developing the Human Resource, Training and Development, Recruitment and selection skills and dealing with the pressure oriented situations. I was also serving as an OD ( Organizational Development) Trainer and was responsible to aware the new employees to the organization (Organizational Orientation) and its work ethics 

I have presented my research paper in International Conference with the name of “Impact Of Training and Development in Telecom Solution Providers in Pakistan”. I am doing Academic content writing and SEO Management for different blogs and Websites from last 3 years. With the experience learnt,  now I have to build my own team of researchers to start my own business of writing in all the fields. It has been almost a year that I am providing the communication, soft skills, career counseling, Child psychology and emotional intelligence training's at different levels.

Tehreem Sarshar (Researcher, Writer, Blogger)

I have done my bachelors in Public Administration.It was a 4 year program with a wide range of subjects. All the aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM ) were studied in the light of the public sector. Practical learning was done through internships and Research work in the Public sector of Pakistan. I achieved the 

Silver Medal in my Bachelors with a CGPA of 3.98. The bachelors degree was followed 

by 1.5 years of Masters in Business Administration with the specialization in HRM. 

The CGPA was 3.99 and achieved Gold medal for the session.
Extensive research works and thesis are associated with the achievement of 

graduate and post graduate level. Creative writing courses, spoken and written English courses and teaching assistant experience for Research Methodology for 6 months add to the research abilities.

 Jamila Naseer (Researcher, Blogger, Proof Reader)

In 2007, I got admission in Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi; in the department of English Language and Literature. I got 3.26 CGPA in Graduation and successfully completed my Internship. I successfully got a B. ED degree with 3.62 CGPA in 2011. In 2011, I received a diploma from The World Bank for participating in the International Essay Competition 2011. In 2011, I scored 3^rd position in Story Narration competition organized by Federal Government College for women, G-10 Islamabad. (Story writing + Narration). I have attended SPELT (Society of Pakistani English Language Teachers) conference twice. In 2010, I got cash prize and certificate in an Essay Writing Competition organized by the National Accountability Bureau Rawalpindi.
